Getting started with CrossFit is easy! In our Elements of CrossFit course you will learn how to safely perform the common movements used in our workouts as well as receive an overview of our training principles. Elements is a series of three one-hour classes that are offered Monday-Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. each week. Each day will be focused on a different movement including squatting, pulling and pressing. There will be a short WOD at the end of each session that gives you a chance to put what you learn in action.
