Experience what CrossFit is all about!


The best way to find out what Metro CrossFit is all about is to experience it for yourself. We offer a free intro level CrossFit class each week. This class is designed to give you a taste of what our programming is like and is appropriate for all fitness levels.The free CrossFit class is offered Saturdays at 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. If this time does not work for you, send us an e-mail and we’ll find a class that fits in your schedule.

Arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver. Bring water, comfortable shoes, an open mind and positive attitude! Be prepared to have fun and be exposed to a whole new way of working out!
