Getting started at Metro CrossFit & Training Center is easy!

Stop by for a tour of our facility and meet our staff. We’ll answer any questions that you have. Our programs will be effective for you – no matter your age, fitness level or injury history. We work with a diverse range of people: high school athletes, stay at home moms, service men and women, triathletes, soldiers and everyone in between! Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible and we make getting started easy!

Step One:
Attend a free introductory class to get a taste of what working out at Metro CrossFit is all about.

Step Two:
Sign up for Elements of CrossFit. This course consists of three, one-hour classes that will bring you up to speed on all the basics of CrossFit so that you learn proper technique and can confidently perform the common movements.

Step Three:
Begin participating in group classes!


Anyone can CrossFit! That includes you! No matter how long it’s been since you’ve worked out, we are here to provide a new way to challenge and change yourself.
