Our programs are designed to  help you get stronger, gain lean muscle mass, maximize your metabolism, lose weight, build confidence and discipline… and get you into phenomenal shape. Our unique training style, knowledgable coaches and friendly, supportive community make Metro CrossFit & Training Center the kind of place you look forward to coming to workout. We integrate functional and cross training into all of our programming.

Expect to work with a variety of equipment including kettlebells, ropes, rings, tires, sleds, your own bodyweight and Olympic bars and bumper plates. We focus on creating a sense of camaraderie and our athletes have a lot of fun, even when the workouts are tough and rigorous.
